Full Job DescriptionThe Gas Station Store Manager is responsible for all operational aspects of the location assigned to, to ensure performance targets are achieved. The Store Manager has an ultimate responsibility for the day-to-day store operations including and not limited to Gas Station operation including operation of the cash register, store profitability, expense control, inventory levels, shortage control, customer service and safety scheduling, training, and supervising employees.PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Workforce Management and DevelopmentRecruit, train, and develop store staffDemonstrate leadership and promote teamwork
Responsibilities + Skills
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organizationMust be able to provide any level of coverage if needed, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays
Education
Experience
1-3 years of management experience in convenience store, retail, fast food, or restaurant operations
