Digital Analytics Manager For Adobe Analytics

Job Description

As a Digital Analytics Manager at the Weather Company, you will work across the organizations to deliver audience reporting and insights utilizing Adobe Analytics as your core platform for The Weather Channel digital products. This includes the Weather Channel App, Weather.com, Wundergroud, and The Storm Radar app. Working in an agile environment and leading a small team, you work in a variety of areas to support and partner with Product, Editorial, Business Development, Sales, Engineering, and Data Engineering teams to help provide the data and knowledge they need to make strategic decisions around our products, content, and partnerships. You are a thought leader, bringing ideas around measurement strategy and helping define KPI's for the business. You will be successful in this role if you can support various teams with a great sense of urgency, navigating change and working in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction, comfortable managing large sets of data, and are driven by taking an active role in the strategy and planning phases of development. You always come with ideas and opinions backed by data and promote and support others in doing the same. You are a people person, who makes it an objective to give those around them the skills they need to make them better.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAct as a primary Adobe analytics consultant for TWC digital productsHelp refine business questions and generate new hypotheses about the product and business through a deep understanding of the data, our users, and our business needsAct as a strategic data integration partner to our Product teams and help conduct data analyses to support new feature launches, drive improvements to existing products and inform product roadmap while operating cross-functionally across product, engineering, operations, and other stakeholders.Manage direct experimental designs: identify parameters, determine success metrics, perform data validation, and monitor progress.

Responsibilities + Skills

Education

Ability to narrate insights for complex problems to non-technical audiences from frontline operators up to and including executivesExperience operating cross-functionally with distributed teams

Experience

Deep understanding of statistical methods and experiment designs for analytical problems5+ years of quant analysis and analyzing A/B/n and multivariate experiments3+ years of using SQL to extract and manipulate data
