Job Description
Crossing Divides Program: Assist in the planning, administration, and execution of Crossing Divides Program events, including, but not limited to, lectures, speaker panels, workshops, lunches, dinners and meetings, featuring the law school dean, high-level guests and speakers, and other faculty and senior staff. Work collaboratively with administrative departments, including the Tsai Leadership Program Co-Heads, Law school Dean’s Chief of Staff, Director of Operations, and Program Coordinator, as applicable. Interact frequently with visitors, students, alumni, faculty, and staff. Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings and calls on behalf of the Crossing Divides program. Field and answer questions or triage inquiries as appropriate. Manage Workday processing, including submitting invoices, creating expense reports, processing reimbursements, etc. Maintain and utilize all event-related processes, checklists, project intake and tools. Serve as a member of the Tsai Leadership Program team and provide backup for other team members. May perform other duties as assigned.

Strong interpersonal skills; the coordinator is an ambassador for the Center. Ability to work a flexible schedule, adjusting hours/days as needed due to events and workflow.
Education
Experience
Experience with the preparation of expense reimbursement, processing of financial transactions, ordering of supplies, and other required paperwork.
