Senior Administrative Assistant

Job Description

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to provide critical, high-level administrative and operational support to the Senior Associate Dean of Public Health Data Science and Data Equity at the Yale School of Public Health. The Senior Administrative Assistant will facilitate the flow of information and will be responsible for managing complex calendars, schedules, and travel; processing expenses for reimbursement; maintaining organizational processes to strengthen internal workflow and improve coordination among all special projects for that office; and coordinating meetings, seminars and conferences. This position will also support the Senior Associate Dean’s research, including formatting publications and regular updates of bio sketches, CVs, and other profiles. The Senior Administrative Assistant is expected to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. 

Responsibilities + Skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Education

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.
