Job Description
Collaborates with the Associate Dean of Curriculum and the Director of Curriculum to draft, proofread and edit substantive written materials, announcements, emails, and letters to ensure accuracy of all communications.Oversees office procedures, including administrative, facility, expense reports and equipment needs. Performs on-going review of processes and systems to streamline operations, eliminate duplication and improve efficiency. Orders and maintains inventory of supplies.Coordinates all conference activities including travel and lodging arrangements, publicity, reserving rooms, media services and catering, contacting attendees, creating agendas, collecting information and documents for both domestic and international reimbursements.

Education
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with self-motivation and sound judgment, and to oversee and coordinate the work of clerical support staff. Experience managing and coordinating all logistics for large meetings, conferences, events, etc., in an administrative support role.
Experience
Six years of related work experience, four of them in the same job family at the next lower level, and high school level education; or four years of related work experience and an Associate's degree; or little or no work experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field; or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
