Job Description
In this position you will analyze business systems and user needs for a core functional area and recommend solutions to improve processes and workstreams. This position will serve as the liaison between the business organization and the technology team to design new solutions as well as troubleshoot existing issues. Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Manages projects for a core functional area.Performs requirements analysis by conducting SME (client) interviews, requirements meetings, surveys, document analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, and workflow analysis.
Experience
Experience in work that requires attention to detail and an ability to work independently.Evidence in having a certification in one or multiple RPA and/or other emerging automation/ cognitive technologies a plus.Experience in identifying opportunities for innovation and offer new ideas (thinks outside the box).Experience in multi-tasking and managing shifting priorities and deadlines.
